We don't like to get too tied up in 'red tape' but below are a few items that we have established to ensure we are all on the same page.

Authorization:
Image Design Limited will commence your branding project on receipt of the written acceptance of our quotation and payment of the deposit.
Set Price, Satisfaction Guarantee:
We want you to be one hundred percent content with your new branding. Once the first design has been submitted to you, if required we will work with you to make further adjustments to the design until you are totally happy. In the event you reject the initial design completely we will redesign and re submit at no further cost to you. However, if for reasons attributed to you (or your representative) the project cannot be completed, is stalled or terminated, the deposit paid shall be retained by Image Design Limited.
Additions / Variations:
Any additions or variations requested over and above the original brief may be discussed and charged in addition to the quoted price.
Payment:
An invoice for a deposit of 50% of the total will be emailed to you on your acceptance of our quotation. Work will commence on receipt of this payment. The balance will be invoiced at the conclusion of the project and digital files will be released on receipt of final payment.
All payments to be made by internet banking.
Deadlines:
Unless a specific deadline is agreed allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery of your first design.
Copyright ownership:
Copyright of all concepts, designs and digital files remains the property of Image Design Limited and may not be used in any form, recorded, stored, or altered in any way for future use until full payment is received whereon copyright transfers to you.
Multiple Designs:
If more than one design is submitted for consideration, a suitable fee shall be negotiated for any such additional design/s that you wish to retain for future use.

Concepts and designs submitted are the original work of Image Design Limited. Any similarity to existing concepts or designs is purely coincidental. Notwithstanding, Image Design Limited does not accept liability for any similarities or resulting actions.
