Image Design strive to make your branding project straightforward and pleasurable.
Here's how we go about it...
First up, following your initial inquiry, we will contact you by telephone to discuss and understand your requirements. We want to get to know you and your business, or product, and discuss the time frame in which we need to work. If no specific deadline is required we will work to our normal turnaround of 2 to 3 weeks to deliver the first design. If you would rather work without talking to us that's okay too - we can communicate effectively by email.
Then we'll email you confirmation of the brief and price for the completed project, and attach our deposit invoice.
When you receive this, return an email to authorize us to proceed with your project and make the deposit payment by internet banking (details are on our invoice.)
Once we receive your deposit payment we'll begin the design process and present the completed design within the agreed time frame.
Now you have your design so we'll eagerly await your feedback. We hope you are thrilled with it, however, if you reject the design completely (almost unheard of) we will go back to the drawing board and begin the process again at no further cost to you (subject to our terms).
Finally, once you are totally satisfied with the finished design, we will email you an invoice for the remainder of the quoted fee and will release your digital files once this payment is received.
